Instructions for Managers

Generate & Send to Staff: Once you're happy with the survey, click the "Save as Interactive HTML" button. This will download a single HTML file. Attach this file to an email and send it to your employees.
Collect & Analyze Results: Employees will fill out the survey in the HTML file and click a button to download their answers as a .CSV file. Have them email this CSV file back to you. You can open these files in any spreadsheet program (like Excel or Google Sheets) to analyze the feedback.
