  • September 30 annual inflation calculation reminders
  • January 1 adjusted-rate effective dates

  • Annual process review reminders

How to add it to Google Calendar

For most teams, the best setup is to import the file into a brand-new Google calendar. That keeps every payroll deadline in one removable place.

1

Download the file

Click the download button above and save the .ics file to your computer. Google imports ICS files from the browser version of Calendar.

2

Create a new calendar

Open Google Calendar on a computer. Next to Other calendars, choose Add other calendars, then Create new calendar.

3

Name it clearly

Use this name: Florida Payroll Dates 2026-2030 - TimeTrex. Add a description noting that the events came from the TimeTrex ICS file.

4

Import into that calendar

Go to Settings, then Import and export. Select the .ics file, choose the new Florida payroll calendar, and click Import.

5

Edit or remove later

Because the events live in their own calendar, you can hide it, change its color, edit imported events, or delete the calendar later.

Recommended: download and import

Choose this if you want the events inside a calendar you own. Imported events can be edited, reminders can be added, and the whole set can be deleted by deleting the new calendar.

Alternative: subscribe from URL

Choose this if you prefer adding the hosted ICS URL under Other calendars > From URL. This is faster, but it usually behaves like a subscribed calendar rather than editable events you own.

Tip: do not import the file into your primary personal calendar unless you are sure you want those payroll dates mixed into it. A separate calendar makes the whole import easy to hide, recolor, rename, or delete.

Key payroll dates by year

The .ics file contains the full event set. This table shows the core quarterly Florida and federal filing pattern users will see after importing it.

Common questions

Use these notes to help users choose the right import method and avoid mixing payroll reminders into the wrong calendar.

Should I import or subscribe from URL?

Importing into a new Google calendar is best if you want to own the events, edit individual reminders, or delete the entire set later. Subscribing from URL is useful if you want a feed-style calendar, but it is less editable.

Can I delete the calendar later?

Yes. If you create a separate calendar first, you can go to Google Calendar settings, select the calendar name, open Remove calendar, then delete it permanently. This is why the separate calendar step matters.

Does the calendar include every employer-specific payroll date?

No. It includes major Florida and federal payroll deadlines. It does not know your company paydays, semiweekly payroll deposit dates, local policies, banking processor lead times, or disaster-relief extensions.

Why are some dates in 2031?

Some 2030 payroll obligations happen after the year closes, such as Q4 2030 Form 941, Florida RT-6, year-end filings, and the December 2030 monthly deposit deadline.
