The Retail GPS Time Clock is designed to streamline time and attendance for retail associates. By utilizing browser-based geolocation technology, this tool allows staff to clock in securely from designated store locations without requiring dedicated hardware. This guide covers how to register your profile, manage your daily shifts, and export your timesheets using the interface.
Before you can record your first shift, you must register your device. This is a one-time process designed to link your browser to your employee profile.

Note: If you clear your browser cache or switch devices, you may need to complete the setup process again using your original Associate ID to recover your profile.
Once registered, the app will present a simplified "Welcome Back" screen. Daily access requires only your 4-digit PIN.
If you cannot remember your PIN, use the "Forgot PIN?" link on the login screen. You will be required to verify your identity by entering your original Associate ID or Email.
The Retail GPS Time Clock relies on precise location data to validate shift starts. Ensure your device has location services enabled for your browser.
Once clocked in, the dashboard transforms into "Live Mode," displaying your elapsed time, current rate, and estimated gross pay.

When clicking "End Shift," you will be prompted to complete a safety declaration. You must check the box acknowledging that you have taken required breaks and sustained no injuries. You may also add optional shift notes (e.g., "Register 3 printer jammed") for the manager.
The "Shift History" section at the bottom of the dashboard provides a log of all actions within the current pay period.
You can download your timesheets for personal records or payroll submission using the icons above the log table:
If you encounter issues with pay rates or dates, access the Config menu (sliders icon) in the dashboard header.
If the app becomes unresponsive or data is corrupted, you can use the "Factory Reset" button in the Settings menu. Warning: This will permanently delete all stored logs and user profile data from the browser.
